The Forum Holds Its 2025 General Assembly

The Jordanian Forum for Environmental Planning Association held its regular General Assembly meeting on June 14, 2025, during which it reviewed the administrative and financial reports for the fiscal year ending 2024. Both reports were approved unanimously.

Three committees were formed:

New Member Recruitment Committee, chaired by Dr. Rania Qutaishat, responsible for attracting new members. Among its tasks is to dedicate one of the Saturday forums to present a master’s or doctoral thesis related to spatial planning.

Website Development Committee, chaired by Secretary General Dr. Murad Kalaldeh, to develop the forum’s website into an informative platform, including a dedicated subpage for each member to upload their CV.

Planner Committee, chaired by the forum’s President Prof. Dr. Jamil Al-Jaloudi, tasked with establishing the foundations and criteria for activating Article 35 of the association’s bylaws. This article grants the association the authority to confer the title of “Planner” based on conditions set by the General Assembly.
